In a continuation of the
trend of consolidation in trust companies, Jersey head-quartered Nautilus Trust
Company Limited has acquired New World Trustees (Jersey) Limited.
Nautilus was incorporated in 1999 and has grown from a team of two to 51 through organic growth and a series of small scale acquisitions under the leadership of Jason Cowleard.

clients for 30 years.
The combined business
will comprise 65 employees.
